We also have a few spaces designated for a long term rental clients – students and adults.
Our location in the heart of Ljubljana saves students and working adults a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on long comutes to the univeristy or work. During weekdays comuting takes approximately 1-2h per day to an average young adult working or studying in Ljubljana city centre and living in the suburbs. People who rent our rooms need never miss an event or leave the party early in order to catch the last bus or train home.
You can rent a room for yourself only or rent it together with 1-2 of your friends an thus lower the costs of the rent.
We have rooms for rent to Erasmus students, exchange students as well as regular students. Many of our occupants are also working adults and young adults using this central location to work localy and network while they build up their careers.
